What facilities do you have?
We have two clubrooms: one is brick built and the other is a Portacabin. The Portacabin us mainly used for construction and the storage of tools and materials. The main building houses a test track and the club’s exhibition layouts.
The test track has two N gauge loops, two OO gauge loos and a short O gauge track. Both DC and DCC power is available.
How much does it cost to join?
Annual membership costs £130. This can be paid in one go or in three installments as follows:
By 30th April – £45.00
By 15th August – £45.00
By 30th November – £40.00
How old do I have to be to join?
You have to be 18 or over to be a member. However, we do encourage parents to become members so that children under 18 can participate in club activity.
When do you meet?
The clubhouse is open every Tuesday from 7:30 pm until approximately 10 pm. You can get access at other times by arrangement. Our insurance policy requires that there are at least two people present when the buildings are occupied.
